The BEST way to increase your metabolism, burn stubborn belly fat and KEEP it that way long term is to BUILD lean muscle and eat in a way that FUELS your body.

I found myself not too long ago in my nurse practitioner’s office crying and demanding blood work because I was SURE something was off.

The scale kept going up. My clothes weren’t fitting. My mid section was getting puffier and fluffier. I was getting tired so much easier than I used to. I felt like crap.

The maddening part was that I didn’t change a thing in my routine. NOT ONE THING. But the weight kept creeping.

What I had been doing previously as far as exercise and nutrition to keep my body and mind in a place of feeling and looking FIT wasn’t working.

The extra maddening part was that as a health coach & personal trainer I spend my days getting women RESULTS through fitness, nutrition and mindset changes but the game was changing as my age and hormones were changing.

What I discovered in my forties and going through perimenopause and menopause is that hormones are hormones. There are changes going on whether we like it or not. It’s science. …And the changes actually start before our forties. It just gets REALLLLLY noticeable in our forties and fifties.

What once worked as a way of eating and exercising will not necessarily continue to work. What once was maybe just a few extra pounds and some fluff becomes greater. What we used to be able to “get away with” and still look and feel great, we can no longer get away with.

I use tools from NJ Fit Mom, tools from BODi, tools from my MA in psychology & counseling + my personal experiences as an auto-immune warrior.  You can expect a well rounded coaching approach to health that fits YOUR lifestyle  instead of some crazy, strict, elimination thing that you hate doing and can’t wait to “get off”.  Progress not Perfection and sustainable LONG TERM results are the name of the game!
